Nine Lives - Geelong

JOIN THE GEELONG CATS WOMEN’S SUPPORTER GROUP IN 2009. (MEN ALSO WELCOME).

Nine Lives-Geelong allows members to enjoy the social side of football, while networking with like minded people. Members are united by their passion for the Geelong Cats, social functions, footy and fun. Established in 2001, Nine Lives-Geelong has gone from strength to strength each year and attracted 300 members in 2008.

In 2009, Nine Lives-Geelong membership includes the following events and items:

  • Season Launch Breakfast in Geelong (at member’s rate)
  • Metro Cats and Nine Lives-Geelong Mid Season Footy Wrap Dinner in Melbourne (at member’s rate)
  • No 1 Female Ticket Holder’s Luncheon in Geelong (exclusive invitation and at member’s rate)
  • Membership pin
  • Membership pen
  • Three newsletters throughout 2009
  • The opportunity to advertise in the newsletters
The three events held in 2008 attracted sell out crowds. Player involvement at the events was well received and we look forward to having Geelong Cats players and officials attending Nine Lives-Geelong events in 2009.

This year we will see the introduction of the Nine Lives-Geelong Season Launch Breakfast, an event we are very excited about.

Tickets: $80 Nine Lives-Geelong members
$95 non members
Dress: Smart casual/business attire

This event is hosted by Geelong Cats number one female ticket holder, Prof Sally Walker (Vice Chancellor Deakin University) in conjunction with Nine Lives-Geelong and always proves to be an entertaining fun filled afternoon.

You will enjoy a two course lunch, beverages, fantastic auction items and an afternoon of dancing. It is a great opportunity to socialise with members and Geelong Cats players who will be in attendance. Be sure to get in quick as traditionally this event sells out in record time.
