Renewing your Geelong Cats Membership

View / Pay for Membership
You can conveniently renew your Geelong Cats Membership online, by following the steps to make payment for the invoice in full or by utilising the Geelong Cats payment plan. Geelong Cats Members utilising the payment plan can view their upcoming invoices and pay additional instalments at any time when it is most convenient for you. During the renewal period your Geelong Cats Membership renewal invoice will appear in your MyCATSAccount. Click Here to access your MyCATS Account.

View Completed Renewal Notices
Once your Geelong Cats Membership has been paid, you can view the completed transaction online.

Update & view your MyCATS Account and status

Edit Profile
With online access to your personal membership account, you can easily update your MyCATS account profile at any time. This includes important contact information such as mailing address, phone number and email address.
 
Edit Personal Preferences
This section is where survey questions can be found at various stages throughout the season.
If Blue & White includes a question to members there will be a link to take you to the 'Edit Personal Preferences' section where you can provide your answer.

Edit Email Preferences
This section allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe to Geelong Cats Member e-mails including Blue & White. To subscribe to the Geelong Cats Member e-mails select the box so that the tick appears. To unsubscribe from Geelong Cats Member e-mails select the box so that the tick disappears.
 
Change Password
You can change your PIN to a number or word that you can easily remember.

Access your barcode
MyCATSAccount allows you to retrieve your membership barcode number online. This is useful for booking tickets when you don't have your membership card on hand.

Geelong Cats Payment Plan

Terms and Conditions

Payments will be deducted in 6 equal instalments*on the 1st of each month, beginning on December 14 2009 and ending on May 14 2010 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only. The Payment Plan option will not be available for applications received after 14 March 2010.

1. By signing with the Geelong Cats Payment Plan, you authorise Geelong Cats to arrange a transfer of funds from your nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as advised.

2. At the end of the last scheduled payment and upon finalisation of any outstanding payments the Geelong Cats Payment Plan will cease. Members will need to choose the Payment Plan option the following year to pay by this method again, it will not be automatically rolled over.

3. The first instalment will be deducted on December 14 2009, with further payments on the 1st day of each following month.* The final payment will take place on 14 May 2010. If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 1st, further attempts will be made in the next five working days to attempt to clear the fund transfer.

4. Members applying for the Geelong Cats Payment Plan after the first scheduled payment will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and then subsequent payments at each specified date. The initial deduction date for these Members will be determined by the date of lodgement of the renewal/application. Refer to example of payment schedule below.

5. If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, a letter will be sent requesting immediate payment of outstanding instalment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you. Payments that decline will be recharged with an additional processing fee of $5 per default.

6. The Geelong Cats may suspend or cancel your membership if, on two consecutive occasions, your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution. We will notify you by letter if we suspend or cancel your Geelong Cats Payment Plan arrangement.

7.Members who default payments in any year may not be offered payment plan as a method of payment in the future. This decision will be at the sole discretion of the Geelong Cats.

8. It is your responsibility to ensure that:
(a) the account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change within the 6 month program
(b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing dates.

9. If your membership is suspended or cancelled, you will not be able to gain access to games, including finals.

10. If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Membership Services on 1300 GO CATS (1300 46 2287). The Member is responsible for contacting Geelong Cats regarding any disputes prior to June 30 2010.
